Convertible Bed: We do have three large foam beds that are for the young adult guest and lots of couches and lazyboys. We can not provide enough beds for very large groups. Notes:Covered Parking: There is a two car carport when owner is not present, it comes with the big home.Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Dock side. Wood Fireplace; Wood Stove. We have a great waterfront area to have large family barbeques and big all night campfires. Many kids will bring small tents and camp around the camp fires. Some kids will group up and sleep on the trampoline. Lots of places to have night time man hunts too. Kids love all the space we have.Charcoal BBQ Grill. Deck/Patio (2) : Big Dock with night lights for those that want to swim at night. Balcony (2) : Great 2nd story waterfront views for having coffee in the morning or watching the otters play in the evenings.Lanai: Very 'private' third story king size master bedroom with outside shower and resting area. almost completed. Gazebo. No smoking anywhere in the homes. only on decks and docks. Please respect our neighbors and their properties at all times, no yelling or screaming unless help is needed.
- Winter Scuba diving and snorkling, camping and swiming . Water temps are stable at 75 to 76 degrees all year long, we have heaters in the boat and porches if needed. If you enjoy other forms of scuba diving check out The Blue Grotto nearby for the best cave diving in the clearest water ever seen. Or you can launch your scuba diving or snorkling team right from our own dock for a great underwater tour of an untaped area. Looking for prehistoric Bones and Teeth??? Want to see the wildlife? Come and explore our area with your friends and family all winter long with all nighter camp fires. Nobody does it better.
