But we are clearly the leader when it comes to the biggest home, free equipment, all nite fires and nobody does it better when it comes to the Kid friendly estate and larger groups. This is a fun place for kids and it is a very relaxing vacation retreat for adults. Everything you need is included and your family will never forget a vacation gift like this. We can hold up to 70 guest or as few as two. Our best feature is our big multi level home and it's new third story Safari Trophy Room with a private romantic outside shower and it's private sun deck. Our rope swing is for kids but without a doubt it's the best on the river and it is highly recommended by everyone who stays with us. Our 24 ft pontoon boat, our 16 ft bass boat and kayaks can take you anywhere on the two rivers. Everything you need comes with your Vacation Home. Tubes are also free and we are the only home that has big all night camp fires and we have lights in the river for night swimming.
Its Great Camping weather friends, so bring your small tents for the kids and let them rough it just a little right next to a warm, all night, riverfront campfire. You will also enjoy the security of being close by to watch over them and having the comfort of your own Vacation home a few steps away. During our mild winters our 24 ft Pontoon boat is heated and ready to explore all year long. Water temp is constant at 74 to 76 degrees

I know many of you missed out this year because we were booked out for the dates you needed and we are trully sorry that we missed you. It is going to get even more busy. So Please think about next year and secure you dates ASAP. We have many new groups this year like teams and players from the NFL, FFA. and many others who are booking up to two years in advance.

WE CAN EASILY HOLD From 2 to 70 guest in our waterfront home.
Rates start at $500.00 per night up to 10 guest. $1000.00 for 20 guets etc etc Then its $50 for each additional person.
Visitors of our guest must also pay $50 per day to enter the property.
We have some extra thick sleeping mats for some of your overflow guest and a thick padding with good Berber carpet for the brave ones. (BRING YOUR OWN LINEN, TOWELS, SLEEPING BAGS, BLOWUPS, LINEN ETC FOR YOUR EXTRA GUEST above 10. No towels from the homes are ever allowed on the river or shore line. You must bring your own beach towels.

Families and friends will really enjoy the kid friendly things to do like using the rope swing. We also have a large trampoline right on the river. Or simply enjoying our all night campfire with the whole family. We are Scuba Diver and snorkeling friendly. Try Exploring the river in your own free 24 ft pontoon boat, kayaks or tube down at no cost its all included. The parks close very early now days and we are ready to help with the overflow. Avoid the long lines and the hard drive home, stay with us overnight and use the river again and again. Please call in advance for your reservations, we are very limited as to space right now and are booking up to two years in advance for larger groups.
Crystal River is very close by and we are the central hub for all three counties. In the event you want to Hunt, bike, hike, swim with the Manatee's or dive in the beautiful springs we are in the best location. Race Fans heading to the Gator Nationals or visiting any of the local Dive Springs, this is the place to lodge for your group. Corporate retreats, Romantic Getaways and accommodation for weddings guest are also welcome.
This the only full service vacation rental We are the only officially approved Vacation Rental for the Blue Grotto dive cave. Our Rainbow River is the clearest and cleanest river in the state. Come see why our guest return year after year.

- Air Conditioning : This big estate home is blanky time cold in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. But you can pick how cold and how warm you need it because our A/C and heating units are great
- Linens Provided : Bring you own extra Towles for the river please. Please note that we only provide a limited amout of linens for 10 guest . Please consult with manager for extra guest linens etc.
- Covered Parking : There is a two car carport when owner is not present, it comes with the big home.
- Off Street Parking : This is security gated private estate with codes for entry and exit. We can hold up to 50 cars, some will be parked on our very low traffic street, off property

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (3) : We have a great waterfront area to have large family barbeques and big all night campfires. Many kids will bring small tents and camp around the camp fires. Some kids will group up and sleep on the trampoline. Lots of places to have nite time man hunts too. Kids love all the space we have.

- Beach View : We do have a beach view but its on a fresh water crystal clear river. There are Red Tides, No stinging jelly fish, No sharks or man o wars.
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details : This estate in right on Florida's most beautiful Crystal Clear and gently flowing Rainbow River.
- Water View : We do have one of the best water front views on the entire river and it is one of the best places for swimming because it is right on the river.

- We are the only private vacation rental on the entire Rainbow River that can handle very large groups, NFL, FFA, PILOTS, CHURCH GROUPS etc...are coming to us all the time. We have a free 24 ft Pontoon Boat, holds up to 20. We also incl a small bass boat and 10 sit on top Kayaks ( more avail to rent if needed) Our tubes are free. Cost of renting these items somewhere else can exceed $600.00 additional dollars per day. Our main attraction is the big multi level home that has just opened up. . - Kid Friendly : We are the kids best choice when it comes to having fun and exploring the Rainbow River. See your kids face light up if he find a dino tooth or bone. There is a large trampoline, all nite fires and our best feature is our Rope Swing and swimming area. We are right on the river. Our kids love to play man hunt and our place is a large two acre estate right on the river. No Body does it better.
