Additional Rate Information:
- From $500 per day up to 10 guests.
- 1000 for 20 guest etc.
- Check in and check out times are very strict due to arriving guest. WE CAN EASILY HOLD UP TO 30 - 40 GUEST in our waterfront home. YOU COULD BRING UP TO 70 guest with some restrictions. Rates start at $500 up to 10 people. $1000.00 for 20. $1500 for 30 and $2000 for 40 people per day. or it's $50 for each additional person. Special rates for the larger groups please call. All Day users and visiting guest must also pay $50 per visit or by the day. (Check out time is 10 AM and check in is 3 PM).
